Robin and Lucienne Day

There is an interesting commentary on the work of Robin and Lucienne Day here.    The fabric design of Lucienne Day is obviously an inspiration to many contemporary designers.   I find it fascinating how designs stand the test of time and with minor tweaks here and there, they are totally contemporary 60 years later.  The image below is from the UK's Pallant House Gallery which has a show of their work on from now until the end of June.
