Color and Collage
Two shows I would like to see. Both are on the East coast and given that they are all snowed in again, (and it's April!!) I think I can safely say that I happily stick with visiting them via cyberspace.
Color and Collage is the title of an exhibit at the Princeton University Art Museum featuring the work of German artist, Kurt Schwitters. There is a great review in the New York Times and the image below and others appear alongside it.
And in New York, the Christiane Celle and Clic Gallery opens a show of Lulu de Kwiatkowski's collages today. The show will be based on her book by Ammo Books, entitled Lulu and the images below come from that.
