Mathew Langille and Swatch

Congratulations to Matthew on his new designs for Swatch! It's so inspiring to see a really nice, talented person doing so well. Take a look at this billboard in China! You can see more on his blog.

We are very happy to have Matthew's work hanging in our store.

Wedding Bells for Amy and David

When the lovely Amy bounced into our store and bought a Jonathan Adler Cat salt and pepper set as wedding cake toppers, we were impressed by her creativity. And then we were honored to make her ring pillow! Take a look at the wonderful pictures, Amy sent us.

Those are some elegant cats! And as for the adorable ring bearer, SJ . . . that smile will break hearts one day (and we want to know where he bought his cool green shoes!).

Congratulations, Amy and David, and many happy days together!

@ Dwell on Design

This weekend we are popping up at Dwell on Design, the largest modern design event on the West Coast. It takes place from June 26-28 at the LA Convention Center.

Modern decorative wall tile specialist, Modwalls, is previewing a new collection of glass tiles featuring Henry Road designs in Booth 705. And in Booth 1308, Henry Road furniture and lamps are part of a Reclaimed exhibit curated by Janet Bertolus of Atik.

We are looking forward to a fun weekend!

Birds of Paradise

We showcase a new artist in the store every 4 months. And from June - October we are celebrating the wonderful world of birds with the beautiful paintings of LA-based artist Matt Adrian (also known as The Mincing Mockingbird) perched all over the store.

Matt's has truly outdone himself with a collection of truly great paintings!

We are having an Open House on Thursday June 11 from 5 to 9 PM -- so if you are in the neighborhood, please stop in.
